When I listen to Maze and Frankie Beverly I always tend to feel as if it is God speaking through them. The lyrics to many/most of their songs relay the messages and instructions that we all need to pay closer attention to. The necessary ingredients that we need to incorporate into our lives for the betterment of society and the people. We Are One. This song specifically speaks of that in which is destined for us will come but we must stay patient and wait it out. With great vocals, instruments, and passion you can hear God throughout this song speaking to His people. I am so in love with this album We Are One because every song feeds the listeners' soul and not just he mind or heart. This here is the true definition of Soul Food.
