At the end of the day. I am human. Heavily flawed but full of ambition and potential. I don't need a facade nor make up. I wear weave but so what. Underneath is a full head of au naturale that's just as kinky and curly as my ancestors hair. Freckles invade my face's space and my thoughts suffocate the little freedom I have left. Trials and tribulations have left me paranoid and overly cautious. But they've kept me alive. Don't access me by my skin color because my story is darker than night.
